45 minutes, up to 25 people. Phishing simulation $400 per quarter if sold alone.
Insurance questionnaires from $750. HIPAA / PCI gap review and remediation plan.
Insurance questionnaires, a second opinion on a vendor quote, a call after a phishing scare, or support for your own IT person. One-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments. Prepaid 5-hour block: $800.
Same-day help for businesses that aren't on a plan: suspected account takeover, ransomware note, money sent to the wrong "vendor." Two-hour minimum, subject to availability.
Over 50 staff, or a setup that doesn't fit these boxes? We'll quote it in writing before anything starts. Hardware, software licences and cloud storage are passed through at cost, with no markup.
Projects are fixed-price with a written scope. Protection plans are month to month, or annual with two months free. If you leave, you keep every account, document and backup, because they were always yours.
Because a free one would be shallow. $1,500 buys 12–16 hours of real review and a report you can act on or hand to your insurer. And it's credited back in full if you join a plan within 60 days, so for most clients it ends up costing nothing.
That's our problem, not yours. Fixed means fixed. If we find something genuinely new mid-project, we stop and quote it separately before touching it.
No. Licences, backup storage and any hardware are passed through at the price we pay, and you see the invoice. We make money on the work, not the shopping.
Often, yes, and they work well together. Most IT providers keep things running; we focus on keeping them secure. The baseline report usually gives your IT company a clear list to act on, and we're happy to coordinate directly with them.
A Security Baseline takes one short call and 5–10 business days. You get a scored report, a prioritized fix list and fixed prices. No sales call unless you want one.
